Hi guys,
Up until recently we've received a number of reports about storage and other metrics from our environment in pdf format. Then, seemingly out of the blue, our pdfs started to come through like this:
Some don't open at all, and some open with error message about embedded fonts. Most look like this - weird formatted text and what looks like a garbled solarwinds logo in the top right.
Any ideas why this might have happened? I've been wracking my brain along with a couple of other infra guys to think of any changes we made that might have caused this, but none of us can think of anything. Any suggestions to how we might fix it?
