Can folks please share screenshots of their Power BI reports, specifically for Incidents?

This is great! It helped me out a lot in developing my own dashboard. There was a big push to add Group Assignments to the tickets. Is that field in the Power BI data as well? This would be really helpful to be able to break down the data by Group.
Unfortunately this field is not available. I created a feature request on it. If it's available on the platform, why do not have it also in the dataset? XD
I feel your frustration with this one. The Group Assignment field is not exposed in the Power BI data, so a direct breakdown by group isn't possible. I hit the same wall and ended up mapping incidents through another field, then joining that to a custom table. That approach works well enough. I also picked up useful modelling tricks from a power bi course uk, which made the workaround much easier to build.
