I created a custom satisfaction survey and when I add the satisfaction survey widget to the dashboard, the widget states this feature is not enabled for custom surveys. Is there a way to enable this?

This is a needed feature and not currently available as part of the Custom Surveys. You can add a Feature Requests, but this is something we do have plans for in the future.
Cool. I did find a work around by creating a blank widget and filtering for the questions and displaying by category. Although right now it only lists the responses by number it is easy to find the incident to get more information.
