Every time I invite a user who does not have the DW agent installed yet and is using chrome as default browser (New user basically) the session does not start up automatically and sometimes the click here does not work.
If the user's default browser is FF or IE and he clicks on the link, it works fine. Just NOT in chrome.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?
I tried support but they are NOT helpful at all and said that this is not a dameware issue instead a browser issue.
Any help is much appreciated.
