is there a way to have an out of office email set to the client when they open or update a ticket if one of the techs is out of the office and has Outlook out of office turned on?
Is it possible to force strong passwords when logging into WHD? We are not integrated with AD because we have users who are not on our network / domain. Is it possible to enforce a strong password policy?

We have developed an approval process for each department VP to receive an email when a service request is entered that needs approval.
