We recently archived request types and created new ones. One of the effects of this is that FAQs look different the new request types are faded and some do not show up even though we selected FAQ as a category.
Creating a new FAQ does not show us all the request types we have created. And we can move some archived ones (A) but not others. I have put in a support ticket but wondering if any of you had a similar issue.
