I see how you an import a file to populate a custom field but is there a way that I am missing to auto import or link directly to another table to display data in a custom field? Or do you just have to run an outside import directly into the WebHD custom fields table?

Can I assign a Client for a New Ticket with Data in the Subject line of the email? Specifically Fname Lname?
Has anyone created a report that will display a table with the subject, work time, company and assigned tech? Been trying to get this going and its the only thing I cannot create or get working. I know the subject field is not available in the reports but I do not understand why not. any help is greatly appreciated
Click them and nothing happens. Win10, Office 10. WebHD ver 12.7.4. Anyone have suggestions for a fix? I tried going into my computer settings and changing default properties and also in Excel to change some properties that were recommended in the dreaded 5 years ago posts but no go.
Since upgrading to 12.7.6 about 10% of our emails are getting stuck in the "delayed action" table. Clearing it out does nothing, changing the email settings do nothing. Hello, Technical support mentioned that a date field bug will be fixed in version 12.7.6. However, they were uncertain as to when this version will be released and recommended that I submit an inquiry here. Does anyone have a release date for version 12.7.6? Thank you!
After updating to 12.7.7, techs get one of two error messages. Error, Authentication Needed Invalid Credentials.
