After updating to 12.7.7, techs get one of two error messages.
Error, Authentication Needed
Invalid Credentials.
Oops. 12.7.5
I get this too, I have reported it to SW as support a call. You best do the same.

Now I'm waiting for the android app so my entire team can use it instead of having to maintain a web page on their devices.
Don't believe Android app will be available any time soon. This year they focusing on security updates.
With smart phones, you can save the web browser page into your Home page and then save details and authenticate using face recog.
The mobile browser looks a lot better than the app.
