We are syncing assets from sccm, it appears if a machine is re imaged therefore it is removed from sccm and re added after the image it creates a second asset in WHD. When we open a ticket from the Group Tickets page to close it, it will say it saved, but the ticket won't actually close. Is it possible to filter the Ticket History by Client? This is necessary when a Client Admin can see all the tickets but needs to isolate specific Clients. Filtering by Status and Type work well, but if a Client has access to view other Client's tickets, can they filter or sort by Client? Thank you, Peter
We upgraded to 12.7.9 and under ticket history, instead of opening the ticket details in a new window they appear on the side. Unfortunately many of our clients are using monitors with resolution of 1600 x 900 and are unable to see ticket details. Is there a way to open the ticket fully in a new window?
