We have a company that we acquired that was using the Solarwinds Web Help desk. We have migrated the users out of that domain and will be utilizing ServiceNow for the helpdesk. Is there someway to flip the Web Helpdesk to read only? Still trying to figure out if we need to keep it around but was curious if we could set the entire thing to read only for historical purposes.
