This release candidate is a major transformation. Beyond a visual refresh, we have rebuilt the platform’s foundation to remove long-standing technical constraints and raise the bar for performance, usability, and security.
What drove this release?

•Multi tab workflows for parallel ticket management
Technicians can open and work on multiple tickets simultaneously, reducing context switching and improving productivity.
•Rich text ticket communication
Technicians can use rich text formatting and paste screenshots directly into tickets, enabling clearer issue descriptions, faster understanding, and better collaboration.
Enhanced security
The architectural modernization eliminates an entire class of framework-level vulnerabilities inherent to legacy web application stacks. The result is a stronger security baseline, helping you better protect your environment and data.
