Hi All, In our environment, Maintenance mode is not working i.e, if we keep any device in mute the same details are not showing in Audit events and also triggering the alert if the device goes down eventhough the Node is kept in mute (FYI: We are using ServiceNow tool for ticketing)
We have Solarwinds pollers in multiple domains. The Healthcheck is showing DNS resolution errors for pollers that reside outside of the domain where the Orion server resides. Is anyone having similar issues and is there a resolution?

Nothing is now Polling so I am not getting any events. This happened before and the other administrator would call support and after three day it would be fixed and then after a week or so it would happen again.
