Do you have to have SAM to Add a Website (URL) to monitor UP and Down Status or can you just use NPM?

NPM can monitor the availability of the host e.g solarwinds.com. NPM can also monitor the NetPath to a specific TCP port on that host. SAM is required if you need to monitor the response from a URL such as https://www.solarwinds.com/network-performance-monitor such as HTTP 200 OK, and look for the presence or absence of a string in the response body.
