Nothing is now Polling so I am not getting any events. This happened before and the other administrator would call support and after three day it would be fixed and then after a week or so it would happen again.
I'd suggest to restart all Orion services on Orion server (Programs > Solarwinds Orion > Orion Service Manager). If will not help then run Configuration Wizard for all items (database, website. services).
Try to run SolarWinds Active Diagnostics and Permission Checker as well.
If problem still exist then you have 2 options:
1. repair NPM installation from Control Panel > Uninstall Programs > Repair (logged to server as local admin) and run Configuration Wizard.
2. assign case for SolarWinds Tech Support.
