We have Solarwinds pollers in multiple domains. The Healthcheck is showing DNS resolution errors for pollers that reside outside of the domain where the Orion server resides. Is anyone having similar issues and is there a resolution?
If you manually run ping or nslookup tests from those servers (command prompt or PowerShell), do your tests also fail? My first guess is that your domains are missing configuration for conditional forwarders, and/or unconditional forwarders, and/or recursive DNS lookups. Check with your DNS administrator for validation of that and let us know...
