I have enabled automatic ticket opening for new requests. This is a special email just for one certain groups. I don't want it to send new requests or updates to clients. How can I turn it off so no emails go to clients. Thanks!
Did they just overlook this field or anyone know of another way to add <department> to a custom email? I have tried <department>, <dept>, <departments>. You can add <location> but not department. You should be able to add any field in the database to an email.
I'm curious is anyone using export of JSON and XML data from widgets? If yes, how are you using it? Are you happy with the format of the data?

Is there any way to create a Barcode version of the WHD# - we have over 5k tickets and we have to ship to and from the schools and it would make it easier for all involved when processing our maintenance tickets if we can scan the WHD# instead of typing them 1 by 1 on our maintenance tickets? Can anyone tell me if there's an easier way to remove all or at least multiple asset types and manufacturer & model names from the Asset Manager? Hello World, Just a quick question. I remember reading that it's possible to have WHD create tickets using random ticket numbers instead of chronological order like 1,2,3,4 and so on. Does anyone know how to turn this feature on so my tickets don't start at 1,2,3,4?
