Hello all! I'm just curious if anyone else is having issues with the HTML emails that are sent out. I have users that when they click on the ticket number that either nothing happens or it goes to the My Tickets tab and doesn't open up the actual ticket. Thanks!
How can I prevent tech from reassigning a ticket to specific tech? For example: If I have a supervisor with tech account and I don't want other technician to reassign tickets to him. Thanks in advance.

We used to have a main company and subsidiary, so we have two companies setup in WebHD. Now the subsidiary is just another department (we have 1 company). What are the implications if I go into Companies & Locations / Locations Options / and un-check Use Companies?
Can anyone elaborate why the cab process change is happening in 12.8? I don't totally understand as you can have it approve before with just setting the minimum approvers to 1. Now you can lose that option if you use the "new" format.
I get the error when I click on the Backup Now button in Settings > General > Database: Cannot backup database because no Backup Command has been provided. I searched and couldn't find an obvious solution. WHD 12.7.13 Thanks for any help.
Hi I have a ticket I need to assign to an out of office tech for when they return. Under ticket history it says "Assigned to Tech[V], Backup-Tech from Admin Tech", yet it's still assigned to the backup tech?
