Can we add asset discovery through Filewave Management Suite? Filewave also has remote support we could add as well. Filewave is an MDM solution like Casper.
Very low priority, but a question some of our group managers asked for (in an EDU environment): Can we assign tickets in to specific tech in a tech group by client last name?
Self Service Password Reset to enable users to reset their Active Directory passwords themselves so they don't have to open up a Web Help Desk ticket or call Tech Support. It will save a lot of Tech Staff's time changing passwords.

In "Web Help Desk" in the Assets module, we need to be able to query for records that have no value (null) in the Audit Date field. This would be very helpful in listing records that need to be inventoried. Ernie
When you update information on an asset from the API it would be nice to be able to post what you updated in the audit history in the same manner that the information shows up when you are using the web interface.
Add either a native application chat option or an integration piece to teams/slack etc.
Presently we are converting the TSV query results into Excel (.xlsx) using an online tool. It would save time to have an Excel export option natively available.
Presently there is no way to automatically email the results of a query to specified users like there is for reports. Due to the limitation of reports with showing ticket details, we opted to pull the data using a query, but now have to manually send the TSV results via email.
Presently there is no way to track the time that a ticket took from being in the Approved status to Closed status. This feature would assist us in quantifying this lag. We would like the Reports module to be enhanced to include this.
