Hi, I am looking for a way to have some fields appear as options for clients based on the choices that they have made before in the ticket. For example: if option x is picked fields y and z appear, if option a is picked, fields b and c show up for the client.

Currently WHD only allows for one document at a time to be uploaded at a time, making uploaded multiple documents time consuming. Is it possible to add and/or modify this feature to allow for more than one document to uploaded to tickets at a time?
We need to be able to pull a report based on the billing rate for each tech. We use this to calculate how much overtime each technician has accumulated in a time period.
