We created an automated process to send email to a number of recipients when a ticket is created, however the email is being sent as test instead of an actual ticket. Opened a ticket with WHD support and further checking was informed that our current install version which is the latest does not support such a feature. So, requesting to add this feature to the next revision since our company and HR is in desperate need of one. Thanks.
