Currently VNQM supports many versions of CUCM but the most recent is not supported (ref case # - 01920123): https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/vnqm/content/vnqm-gsg-supported-vendors.htm To benefit all organizations who are looking to upgrade in the future please extend this functionality to 15x and…
I thought of this in reference to https://www.reddit.com/r/Solarwinds/comments/1b76x9g/voip_network_quality_manager/ - so this is a bit circular, but I think it would make sense if VNQM grabs data from the Teams API's to try to quantify call data on some level. It's not like it doesn't exist:…
With the move to SWOSH and subscription based licensing, it would make a lot of sense to migrate and / or merge the features of VNQM into core platform functionality. With the move to cloud - based VoIP calling and fewer and fewer organisations that I'm aware of having on prem systems - this would make more sense. If…
I would like to submit a feature request to expand the capabilities of VoIP & Network Quality Manager (VNQM) to include support for Mitel MX-ONE Call Manager and the Mitel 6800/6900 Series IP Phones. Current situation: VNQM currently supports Cisco CallManager and Avaya Call Manager, providing excellent insights for…
After a recent security breach we had to change a good number or our password. It turns out that VNQM only allow the ability to add credentials, not edit them and not deleting them from the web console. In fact to delete VNQM credentials it required a Solarwinds service outage, this is unacceptable. I propose a means to…
it is not possible today to import operations that are configured manually on Cisco ASA, error - " Not Supported" I woudl like to have this ability thanks, Ovad
IPSla is the Cisco propriety version of NQA which is used by HP and many others. It has an almost identical command set. As Cisco is not the only 'game' in town in the router and switch SW already supports sFLOW, the alternative to NetFlow how about adding support to IPSla for NQA? I am sure many of your customers would…
I noticed that currently you only support Cisco and are developing a solution for Avaya, would it be possible to add Mitel monitoring in as well? I have seen a few posts by users requesting Mitel support as at the moment there is no kind of monitoring of Mitel software anywhere within Solarwinds and even if its some basic…
Currently, all of the unregistered/registered/rejected phone stats are tied directly to the call manager in the API. So, you can't report or alert on unregistered nodes per device pool and/or location. It would be helpful for our clients to get more granular stats on this.
