Currently VNQM supports many versions of CUCM but the most recent is not supported (ref case # - 01920123): https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/vnqm/content/vnqm-gsg-supported-vendors.htm
To benefit all organizations who are looking to upgrade in the future please extend this functionality to 15x and retain full working installations of VNQM or the ability to use AXL API in future implementations.
