I believe it would be a nice option to set a default value in custom properties so that when something is found/created/added (like an interface or a node), then the custom properties associated to that thing can have a default value other than an empty field. Thank you.
When we set time-of-day schedules on alerts we are given the option to name them. it would be nice if we could set up one schedule, name it, and then re-use it on multiple alerts. As far as I can tell there is no way to do this.

Add "Comments" field to the Maintenance Mode option (Unmanage and Mute Alerts). Justification or reasoning on why nodes or objects are being unmanaged or muted would be very useful, especially when objects are in maintenance mode for extended periods of time.
