We have multiple teams that may all have the an interest in a particular server, underling infra team, sysadmin, the application owners, in addition teams are spread across a variety of locations and timezones.
We used two widgets in various team's NOC views to show their data and previously would show who unmuted or unmanaged a device, and until when allowing users from theses teams to easily see and know who to speak to.
2 SWQL queries, Muted found on thwack and mentioned in many threads such as here. Page filters would limit as expected, nice and simple.
Users complained after we applied the latest HFs went on last month that they were no showing no data when devices were known to be unmanaged.
From talking to SW Support it appears that this is to do with Audit Event table restrictions:
Auditing Trail created namely to administrators
Only administrators - namely the account which do have the admin permissions can see all activities of all accounts
Non admin account can also see all the audit events created on his/her actions - but ONLY auditEvents which related to own activities
I think it would be helpful for SW to implement these out of the box and without Audit restrictions such that they fully populated with just view filtering to filter results as expected.

I expected this to have been raised before in some form but could not find it.
