Language selection in Orion web interface

Hi there,

Orion is pulling the language setting from the OS or the browser and displays the web interface in the respective language automatically.

This isn't the best behavior in all situations and a change is quite involving:

Change the language settings on your Web Console using the Web Browser - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support

A link somewhere top right to switch from EN to DE (or any other supported language) would be great, and shouldn't be too complicated to add!
