Hi, please update all the monitoring templates or components. A lot of the component does not seems to work or mostly still stuck in the pre Windows 2012 era. New stuff are coming out now and we cant just expect to monitor certain items such as services. E.g the file existence component does not seems to work or flexible…
I am heavily using SAM and we alert off the Disk Volumes. There are new instances of Disks and or the disks have been renamed. However the old instances of disk volumes still remain. Is there a way solarwinds can detect, which i know it detects a disk volume has been added and removed, be removed from Solarwinds.
Hi, Idea is to enable node status contributors to Enhanced Mode & also to add "Volumes" under it. But most of the time, subjected volumes are always 100% whereas it automatically picks the node status as Critical too, but which is not the real time scenario. Hence, it would be great, if we can have an option or sub-option…
Hubble is a useful troubleshooting tool. However, it only works on pages built as classic dashboards. Please make Hubble work with modern dashboards.
We have a finicky web application that expects the Accept header to be included in HTTP GET requests. Without it, the web app will return HTTP 500. Right now we can manipulate some of the request headers by selecting certain options and nothing currently available lets me modify the Accept header, but something that allows…
As of the latest version available, AppInsight for IIS (The in-built IIS Monitoring Tool that is included with SAM), is not compatible with Windows Server 2022 or Windows 11.
1. Create template on SAM 2. Apply it to a node being monitored 3. When you do that an application monitor would be created on the node and same would be linked in the DB as well 4. If you modify the components on the template and submit the same , it would get reflected on all nodes to which the template has been assigned…
We have a fairly large environment and would like a report to scan all monitored nodes and list any hard drives that aren't currently monitored. We had a problem where someone added a hard drive to a server and forgot to add in solarwinds. When the disk ran out of space we weren't notified. Currently we could either…
We moved to full office 365 Exchange only. No more on premise servers. When can we see monitoring for Office 365?
Can you please add a "Manage Applications" option in the My Dashboards > Applications menu? Also, please add a search option on the "Assigned Application Monitors" tab? Both of these exist in other similar areas and it doesn't make sense why they aren't present in the spots I mentioned above
