Hi, please update all the monitoring templates or components. A lot of the component does not seems to work or mostly still stuck in the pre Windows 2012 era. New stuff are coming out now and we cant just expect to monitor certain items such as services. E.g the file existence component does not seems to work or flexible enough:
1. Monitor C:\Temp\*.pst (Works)
2. Monitor C:\*.pst (Failed)
3. Monitor C:\Users\*.pst (Failed)
Not sure why but I do not think that there is any differences and the guide that was stated was just not updated. This is just one of the few stuff that was found and I have yet to go to the M365 features which were years behind.
