From ARM created listgroups stay in the enviroment, when the last user leaved this group. Only the permissiongroup will be deleted from ARM. the uncountable listgroups not. It would be nice, when ARM removed this groups automaticily, too.
It should be possible to request (via workflow in the GrantMA) or/and make shared post boxes assignable. Advantages * DataOwner can manage the rights on their shared mail boxes * The delegation / administration process can be put in the hand where the decisions are made
Hello Team, we are using for example the "IT-Helpdesk" role and it would be helpful for this kind of users, to change the out of office settings from mailbox users. Right now this is just possible in the fat client. But these users should habe no access there. Could this please be added? Thanks in advance
In the emails sent by the alerting, e.g. when a user is added to an AD group, only the service account used by ARM to make the change is included. But this information is not helpful for the recipients of the mails. Instead, the name of the person who made the change should be included in the mail.

The access to the ARM web interface is always redirected to "Cockpit" after login, a forwarding to another area is not possible, even if you have linked directly to the "Requests" area via URL https://8man/#/order for example. It would be nice to be able to link directly to certain areas, e.g. to the "New Request" area, so…
Right now only the fileshare related mail can be sent for testing. Since there are different templates it wlould be nice, and I guess it can be easily implemented, to be able to send test email also for the AD-group related scenarios.
When using the fat-client, when you create a new user, you can display several scripts and you can choose all the scripts you want to execute. In the webinterface, it is only possible to have one script to be executed. It would be nice to have the same selection also available in the webinterface. Thanks for adding this in…
