It is urgent needed to rework on the manager approval workflow for the following scenario:
A helpdesk / administrator employee is asking for group membership of a group XYZ or in the open template for license for a different user. Now the manager of the "different user" shall ask for approval and not the helpdesk or administrator.
Very often there are people who shall ask for permissions for other people, but the manager of the people shall approve, but the current workflow would take the requester manager.
I train this since years that this workflow is just usable if the employee itself is requesting the permission, which is not always possible. That is a reason way some customers are looking for real IDM System which solve that issue.
We have at least 20 customers which need that feature.
