Delete Listgroups, wich created from ARM, after the last employee leaved this group

From ARM created listgroups stay in the enviroment, when the last user leaved this group.

Only the permissiongroup will be deleted from ARM.

the uncountable listgroups not.

It would be nice, when ARM removed this groups automaticily, too.
