If it is adding @, it's most probably UDT. You can further determine this by running UDT compatibility checker. https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/UDT-Compatibility-Checker?language=en_US You will see on that tool that it adds @VLAN number when doing queries for VLAN.…

There's a table on your database that handles this. I think it's MacAddressPrefix. I'm not entirely sure. I will have to login into my environment to verify that. But you can update that table. However, every time you run the config wizard, it will revert back the table. You can also file for a feature request, something…

https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Orion-server-reboot-Best-practices?language=en_US However, this does not include the HA. I would say yours is spot on.

I have edited the out of the box report and then created an Interface Custom Properties and filter it using that custom property. I also added Node Custom Properties. SELECT Interfaces.InterfaceId, Nodes.NodeID, Nodes.Caption AS NodeName, Nodes.DetailsUrl AS NDetailsUrl, Nodes.VendorIcon AS Vendor, Interfaces.Caption AS…

It looks like it is working as expected as 10.10.10.3, 10.10.10.31,10.10.10.32 do contain "10.10.10.3". if you want for the search button to only match only a specific search, I guess it is possible to add that feature. However, that will fall under feature request.

Have you tried to narrow down the search for IP Only?

looks to be a bad credential

the most probable answer here is that the first service account cannot login into the IPAM. documentation.solarwinds.com/.../ipam-dhcp-impersonation.htm
-
ok. Try to login into the IPAM server using the service account.

when you say logon locally, what do you mean?

Ok. Can you check using the Service Account, if you can connect to the IPAM server? Because the error you are getting might just be impersonating issue as mentioned by Caner.

IPAM responds to the OIDs listed on the two links below. documentation.solarwinds.com/.../ipam-import-ipv4-subnets-and-ip-addresses.htm https://thwack.solarwinds.com/product-forums/ip-address-manager-ipam/f/forum/14372/ipam-subnet-discovery-on-nexus-7700-not-working If it is not included there, you will have to create a…

I haven't try this. But you can take a look at the Zone mismatch report below and base your alert from that SWQL query. thwack.solarwinds.com/.../dns-records-mismatch-report

Try using a local admin account, then try to add replicate the local account on the IPAM server and then add it ".\username". documentation.solarwinds.com/.../ipam-dhcp-impersonation.htm

Its not on message center. that's a common problem which is also on feature request. It looks like they plan to include it there hence the design but never pushed through. https://thwack.solarwinds.com/t5/IPAM-Feature-Requests/Include-IPAM-Events-on-the-Orion-Message-Center/idi-p/612110…
-
I think you will need to create an alert based on IPAM Events. https://thwack.solarwinds.com/product-forums/the-orion-platform/i/feature-requests/alerts-on-ipam-events thwack.solarwinds.com/.../83530

Try logging in into IPAM serrver using the Service Account you are using.

I did found this Article though. Haven't tried this myself but feel free to try. support.solarwinds.com/.../Orion-Active-Active-solution

Yes, the support is right. HA was conceived that if the Main Server goes down, the HA Standby Server will be able to act as the Active Server. If it will be used as an APE, then it is no longer a Standby Server and would be an Active Server as it actively Polls data from Devices.

I see. You can provide a feedback on that article. However, if you worked with support, they should address that internally.

not sure about PAM, but it does have IPAM. www.solarwinds.com/ip-address-manager

You might want to do it manually first on the server instead of using the FTP voyager/scheduler. if that will product the same result, I would say something environmental.

If that will be the case, it would not reflect as SiteAdmin on the IPAMAccountRole
