just remembered one thing, you might want to go to IPAM_Group and then filter it to GroupType 8. Check the Engine ID for those results. Then go to Engine Table, and verify that the results has a valid EngineID by counter checking it on the Engine Table.
-
that is a truly weird issue. Sorry, that's all I got.
-
I see. Everything checks out. If that still still non editable even though you have IPAM admin, then the only path for you to go is to create a ticket. Just curious, is it only happening to that "admin" account?
-
Support will definitely tell you it is needed as that is on the IPAM admin guide. The best they will provide is below. https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Grant-non-domain-administrator-account-rights-for-IPAM-DNS-Monitoring?language=en_US However, what you describing makes sense. You might want to share…
-
This also makes sense but if you want to stick with your idea, check the IPAM_Group. That table contains the Group, Hierarchy Group, subnets, Supernet and even the DHCP and DNS.
-
I would start by checking the report itself. If can manually download a report, then I would create a new scheduled report and see if I will be able to do a simulate job on the Scheduled Report action.

This should be fixed for the newest version. thwack.solarwinds.com/.../device-inventory-runquery-error-under-udt

FTP voyager is useful and certainly can be used to schedule tasks. What I would do is to make sure you are using the latest version of the Free software. You might also want to check the youtube link below on how to use the FTP voyager and FTP Voyager Scheduler. www.youtube.com/watch

I think you need to send this over under Server and Application Monitor as Serv-U has nothing to do with Windows Events or Monitoring your Servers.
-
This looks possible, but since you will not be using the Serv-U Gateway on XRAY, that means you will be using different listeners for the two domains which is not really a problem but just pointing out with the set up you are presenting.

I understand that you said, you know for a fact that flow datas being received, but for what you are describing, it looks like it did not. You might want to check the document below to verify it the next time this happens. support.solarwinds.com/.../NTA-Netflow-v5-Wireshark-packet-capture

DNS name is hostname. This data resides in the individual IP. If you want the table that the Monitored DNS servers' DNS records, that resides in a different table so your selector for "I want to report on IPAM Networks" will not work.
-
Ok, I would assume that you are using a windows account that is configured for windows group. Am I correct? Check this document and then go to the very last part. "If the user has Admin Role on IPAM you can run the below query to verify if they have the correct role on Database. Make sure that they have SiteAdmin. SELECT *…

check if your account has IPAM admin. https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Unable-to-edit-IP-address-in-IPAM?language=en_US Orion Admin is not automatically an IPAM admin.

It should be resolved on the newest version. It is included on the Release Notes. documentation.solarwinds.com/.../udt_2020-2-6_release_notes.htm
-
One, what does it mean that a device is "safe"? I don't see any way to deny network access to a device, so what does it matter if a device is seen as rogue or safe? - this would only matter if you have enabled the rogue alerting. Essentially, you have a rogue widget that tells you possible rogue devices. Whitelisting it…

If you are saying to have a report that is not yet on the system, I think this is not possible simply because a report would contain data that is on the database. It does sound logical if you consider that the system does compute the Subnets when you try to create supernet via the IPAM, but a report that is not yet on the…

It is as I have said. IPAM does not support Agent Polling. There is an ongoing Feature Request for that. https://thwack.solarwinds.com/product-forums/user-device-tracker-udt/i/feature-requests/agent-polling-for-udt?CommentId=d26a881e-7165-44ed-8b6b-10b1af921035#M705 SAM Does support Agent Polling. Yes, so you want a report wherein it is not yet created in IPAM which means it is not yet in the database.
