It does and it is high on our list. As you can see from my list, all of these are high value items in which there are multiple threads on thwack about, we are working on chugging through them all as quickly as we can

Byron is correct is his statement. We may enhance, but we do not plan to fundamentally change how this works in the near future.
-
Just trying to give you your options if you want to do it today, not saying we shouldn't add those to the interface details in a future release.
-
Also if you don't see the RC in the portal, you may have to do to Downloads -> Product downloads in the main navigation and then for the product in the dropdown select the RC and then click download.

I just posted my update about a week or so ago, so I do not have a ton of big updates to share vs. what I shared before. We are supposed to get an internal update of the driver this week and then we need to incorporate into the product itself and do our own internal testing. Let me sync with Milan on things and see what we…

So I will answer your question in two parts. #1 - as a workaround till we get further functionality in the product you can import your existing subnets into our free IP Address Tracker tool and then import that into IPAM. Not ideal, just trying to work with what we have today. #2 - If part of your process of adding a new…

I just tested in the version in Dev right now. This still does not appear to work on the syslog page, however, we are adding a new page called message center which displays syslog, traps, events and alerts in a single page and searching by wildcard * worked ok there for me
-
No, this is still an open issue. It should not impact the performance of the app, but we are looking to resolve it and remove the error
-
Have ya'll applied the latest Service Pack, SP2?
-
For NPM you only need SP4 and for APM you should only need SP1, but let me double check
-
Best bet at this point is probably going to be a support ticket to investigate
-
UDT can be installed either standalone or as a module, your choice. It is not GA yet, but we are pre-selling it now and we have an early evaluation available to check out, but you have to go through an SE/Sales to get it. Documentation will be ready at GA. We don't provide DB schema, but the DB structure is pretty simple…

Give support a ring
-
Correct, check out this blog post, it should help you out
-
See here for more info on the features we put into 10.1 around mobile views to ack alerts and ack alerts via email
-
With SP4 now being out, are you seeing the same behavior then? If so, please open a support ticket to investigate
-
Sorry Andrew, as we said in the other thread, we were none to happy about it either as VMWare changed their SNMP implementation and support and we are working on another method to gather this data in the product.
-
We will address this, but cannot say if it will be SP1 or not
-
This is correct
-
See this post here
-
Today, no, in the future, yes, potentially, however, your point is well taken in that this is confusing in the current version of the product

Re: #2 QA confirmed and verified in KSS 9.4.2 free version we support forward to syslog (UDP/TCP) option. So the below kiwi site is correct. http://www.kiwisyslog.com/free-vs-paid-edition.aspx

Upgrade to the 10 RC, which should be in your customer portal to check out this new feature.
-
Still the same method. In 10.1 we added the ability to create advanced SQL alerts, but this is still something on our list to do, just a big list of things we want to do :)
-
No, not unless you modify aspx code yourself
-
I would recommend putting a call into Support to further troubleshoot
-
Also upgrade to NPM 10 as we made some tweaks to how we poll this data vs. 9.5.1 and earlier
-
Understood, nothing I can commit to yet as far as time frames, we are prioritizing items now and placing them in appropriate buckets
-
It could be a couple different things, the error message is too generic to say, the fix is x. Your best bet is going to be to open a support ticket so they can look at the logs and see what is causing the issue
-
I would apply the hotfix then, even if you have already applied it, it won't hurt to reapply
