Ticket Task Scheduling issues

We frequently get these errors when a Ticket Task executes and attempts to schedule a new task.

The help desk was unable to calculate the next trigger date for task: "WH Internal Vulnerability Scans - Monthly Review" due to the following error:

java.lang.NullPointerException

The task schedule has been disabled to prevent an endless loop of new tasks.

Any ideas on what is causing this?

These events are typically scheduled every month or every x months to run on the XX day of the month.  Ex:  monthly to run on the 15th of the month
