Ticket stuck in edit in another session

I have logged out of WHD, but I still have a ticket in edit mode not I nor anyone else can edit the ticket.

You are already editing Ticket 81843 in another session.

If this hasn't been resolved already, you can delete the entry in the database for the edit in the job_ticket_active_session table.
