ServiceNow ebonding with service desk

Our company has just signed an msp agreement for mainframe support tickets.  The vendor utilizes ServiceNow for their ticketing system.  During POC the end user would create a ticket through solarwinds as they normally would and our service desk agents would open a ticket with the vendor and update both tickets as events happened.  Wondering if anyone is familiar with servicenow ebonding and if that would be an option to sync both ticketing systems together in the future.  I have only found use cases where both systems were servicenow instances but I have to think it might be possible.  Thoughts?
