The ability to search for groups in the Manage Groups Page

There is no way to search except guess what page your group would be on to click and edit

All pages should have some sort of search

Please don't let quality of life go by the wayside. As much as I'm sure everyone appreciates new functionality, it's not very pleasant to use we still suffer on basic tasks.
