For anyone out there who has the Nvidia cards which support the NVIDIA Enterprise Management Toolkit (NVWMI) here is my example of what can be monitored. There are plenty more to choose from, just use WMIexplorer to investigate the GPU namespace root\CIMV2\NV and adapt as required. Hope they are of some use.
