Featured Episode: How to Import a New IP Group from IPAM to NTA August 3, 2021 In this video, you will learn about a useful integration with the IPAM module that enable us to reuse the IP groups we’ve already created, and thus save time by eliminating the need to rebuild identical groups in a second module. Hi Team, I am reaching out to cross-verify and seek clarity on the NTA Flow Records compulsory fields mentioned below. Are timestamp fields also required when configuring flow records on a device? Could you please provide an example to illustrate where I can find this timestamp field? In the screenshot below (taken from…
I have my cloud guys create a ELB for me in AWS. But when i point my Netflow to the IP, i get nothing coming to the pollers. I checked the config of the ELB and it seems right. The listening ports are correct, and the assigned server are my 4 pollers. Is there anything special that you have seen to make this work? Thank…
Hello Guy, Have a nice day! We are wondering a problem regarding why in the Flow Source interface of NTA, with some components that can display the server Polling name in the Receiving Engine column, and some components not showing.
Will I be receiving duplicate flow data if I select to monitor a Port Channel and also the ethernet interfaces that make up the port channel? If so, is one method preferred over the other? This would be on Cisco Nexus 5500 series switches. Thanks
Hi All I have configured my ASA to send Netflow data to my Observability server. I can see the packets come into the server through Wireshark but Solarwinds keeps saying it hasn't received any data. I have select which interfaces to store data. Am I missing something in the config? Thanks Ed
It appears that some of the old Solarwinds services are no longer valid after upgrading to 2020.2.4 such as SWJobSchduler. Does anyone have a list of the new services with the associated file they associate with?

In netflow enabled device SNMP and UDP is flowing…
We use Cisco ISR's at the edge of all our locations and they also perform NAT/PAT. Since enabling Netflow, I've realized that all ingress data shows as going to the public IP on the ISR and is NOT broken down by the internal IP's that may be responsible for that flow. This has been brought up before but I didn't see an…
