Hello Guy,
Have a nice day!
We are wondering a problem regarding why in the Flow Source interface of NTA, with some components that can display the server Polling name in the Receiving Engine column, and some components not showing.
My first guess is that the devices with Not Applicable arent sending any flow on any interfaces. On the example your showed where we did get flows then it looks like the UI shows the poller hostname for all interfaces on that device, as long as at least one interface is actually sending flow.
Hi mesverrum,
In fact, we configure Netflow on these interfaces, but it is not clear why this problem was.
Do you have the same case?
Hi @tronnuyen , This seems to be a nta collector service issue.
I strongly recommend to reach out to SW support engineer to further check your environment. Prepare your logs for faster transaction with SW support.

However, I tried it with my 5520 running 8.0.4 and for some reason I get a OID Not Supported. Here's my post in the forum: *EDIT* This is confirmed working with at least Interm release…
