We had 6.4 using 2008 SQLEXPRESS 32 bit. Boss wants to upgrade to 2020.2.5 on the same machine. He installed 64 bit SQL 2017. I went to run the configuration wizard / Database to point 6.4 to the new 2017 SQL instance and get this error window: You are attempting to use an unsupported version of SQL Server. Please select a…

I need some outside assistance getting AppInsight for IIS to work in our environment. I'm in the process of migrating our monitoring solution to SolarWinds exclusively, and have hit a road block with regards to AppInsight for IIS. I have not had any issues with AppInsight for Exchange, and I haven't even begun to configure…

A couple of days ago a Linux monitoring script stopped working (Server Clock Drift (Perl)). Now it's returning error: Script file creation failed. -bash: cat: command not found Checked permissions on the folder, no new server updates, no resource issues, no drive space issues, restarted the server, tried another poller,…
I am working on a request to implement a python-based script for a Linux server. However, I cannot seem to get the monitor to display even the most basic output. Should this not simply output message and statistic fields? I have several other scripts that work fine, but this is the first time trying to do it in python.
