unable to launch the web console get an error

Hello Team,

When trying to navigate the Orion Web Console you see the following error:

<span class="mt-font-courier-new" style="font-size:12.35px;font-family:&#39;courier new&#39;, courier, monospace;">Object reference not set to an instance of an object.(error attached)</span>

Also when we try to login to orion server and launch the UI than i can go in using a local account but thn while trying to  browse a node it gives errors.Any suggestions?

We are using latest SAM version.
