We are receiving the SNMP Traps from devices to Log Analyser but alerting is not working after some time. As we have High availability enabled, we are doing a failover and alerting is working for some hours again same issue is repeating? Raised vendor case still no solution. I have traps enabled in DNAC but I am wondering how to I get those traps into Log Analyzer.
I created a processing rule for link down and link up. pop It looks for the trap down OID but my question is how to include the interface. I think once this fire it will alert for one interface and if the link up comes in for another one it would reset the alert. Any advice on how to handle this?
