Hi all, Greetings..! When I search in Thwack to create a custom report for mute and unmanaged devices , i got below script and it is working fine but is there a way that we can add device notes into this script so that it makes our life easy to understand why device has been muted and also from below query, suppressed by…
Dear Thwack community, We had the following situation last saturday on a big maintanance weekend. An administrator added a "scheduled maintanance" and unmanaged the systems which are affected. a simple and I think useful resource for the Home page where you can view all nodes scheduled for unmanagement in the near future. Also created a custom node icons for differentiation.

I still receive alerts that the services are down even though I have put the server as unmanaged. Is this normal? What does Unmanaged actually do if it doesn't…
Hi, Quick question everyone! When I un-manage a device for maintenance, does that affect my monthly availability reports for that device or willvailability report it still show 100% availability despite being un-managed for a period for time?
