Hey THWACKsters/THWACKians, I don't know if any of you have faced this issue in your environment, but, when importing a Network Atlas map into Intelligent Maps that contains objects with a node linked but some objects that have no node associated/linked, the imported Intelligent Map's structure is broken and the objects…
Hi SolarWinds & THWACKians, I have been working with a great SolarWinds technician on a SolarWinds Case "#01979524 Icons & Structure lost when importing Network Atlas maps into Intelligent Maps" and we have come to the point where the issue faced is requiring a Feature Request. Align selected nodes horizontally or vertically.
The current icon view options are very weak and need to be diversified. For example, there is no cloud icon. In order to show a cloud, I need to find its image and import it, but even if I import it, I won't be able to add devices, ports, etc. to it.
We want to draw the connection between two or more nodes ourselves. Let's not assign it automatically. We want to be able to direct the connection we draw between nodes in any way we want. We want to be able to draw freely. We want to be able to change the color, line thickness, and line shape of the drawn connections
: Ability to create empty objects on the map.And Being able to assign a device to the created empty object. (like network atlas)
Ports, devices, etc. should be assigned within the lines drawn between the nodes and usage speeds should be shown as before (can be edited as varaible)
Please consider adding an option to import Microsoft Visio diagrams into Network Atlas maps in future releases. This would streamline network visualization and improve efficiency.
