Hi THWACK,
Facing a strange issue with Intelligent Maps (deployment version 2025.1.1).
After trying to open a newly saved Intelligent Map, it hangs with the spinning 'Opening/Loading' wheel.
Similarly, when trying to import a Network Atlas map, any of the ~600 we have, it hangs with 'Opening/Loading'.
It does not error out, just continues to spin indefinitely with no output on the page.
No new maps are able to be imported from Network Atlas, and no newly made Intelligent Maps are able to be reopened once created.
Has anyone faced this issue and does anyone have any tips? Not getting very far with Support at the moment unfortunately.
