Unable to use screenshots - WHD does not allow screenshots to be inserted into the ticket. We should be able to add screenshots to a note that is sent to the customer in an email. Hello, We are running WPM against our new, responsively designed web site. When I see the screen shots in the orion page, I am noticing that they are showing one of the smaller resolutions, not the desktop resolution. How can I understand and potentially adjust, the screen size that the agent is running with? Thanks.
Is there any way via alerting to have Orion email a copy of the screenshot of an error with the alert?
