Screen Resolution During Playback

Hello,

We are running WPM against our new, responsively designed web site. When I see the screen shots in the orion page, I am noticing that they are showing one of the smaller resolutions, not the desktop resolution. How can I understand and potentially adjust, the screen size that the agent is running with?

Hello,

WPM player runs in virtual desktop with 1900x1200 resolution, however the actual size of the player window may be small. It does not resize the window unless you use XY mode. So in your case the simplest workaround would be:

• Open Recorder and resize it to whatever size you want to have for playback.
• Start recording
• Navigate to the page.
• Enable XY mode and click with mouse somewhere in the page where it does not cause any cation (page background, ...)
• Disable XY mode
• Finish the recording of the remaining actions.

Adding this one XY action forces player to resize the window to the same size you used when recording. Rest of playback will then use the desired size.
