Is it possible to add attachments to ad-hoc emails from incidents?
The full story is we use a service catalog item to do account requests. Part of the process is notifying external folks that the request has come in and sharing the relevant info. Typically, this is easy because the info is accessible via variables in the ticket.
However, we want to add the option to do them in bulk by filling out an excel template and attaching it to the request. If we did that, I'm not aware of a means of getting the contents of that attachment (or the attachment itself) into the email we send them. Short of creating, say, 20 user name fields, I can't think of an "automated" way for it to get there.
