We just implemented the Service Desk and I am shocked at some lack of admin control. We can't make the Description input mandatory, the default Attach function has a Choose from Dropbox option we can't remove but the Attachment type of Custom Field only allows one file.
As a quick side note, support can remove the dropbox option! All you need to do is open a ticket with them by emailing technicalsupport@solarwinds.com and they will get it taken care of.
The rest of the points are valid and are things we are prioritizing and working through on the roadmap.
I actually emailed the support and asked them if they could remove the dropbox option and they said no
Karenn, I reopened the support ticket yesterday and added "Please remove the Choose from Dropbox option from the default Incident form, and if possible, from the Attach button in the Comment". The rest of my statement is now truncated in the case details, rather inconvenient, but I recall it being something like "box for an existing Incident". Tech support immediately removed the Dropbox option from both places, I confirmed that they are gone.
